Shipping & Delivery
We currently have two options when you reach the shipping page:
1. Store Pick Up (Free). Purchase your items online and once we have the order ready we will contact you via e-mail. Then, feel free to collect your order from our Dewsbury store. We will hold orders in our store for up to 14 days after they are ready to collect. Failure to collect an order will result in the order being cancelled and refunded.
2. Home Delivery (£9.99). Items in stock will be delivered within 3-5 working days with this option. We use a range of delivery services, including Royal Mail and Fedex, depending on the order. All orders by courier (and more valuable orders via Royal Mail) will require a signature on delivery. Orders to the Channel Islands and Scottish islands may incur extra shipping charges - please contact us in advance. We currently only ship to addresses in the United Kingdom. Orders placed outside of the UK will be cancelled. Although we have a large range of products in stock at all times, some items (such as out-size bats/clothing, popular ranges and custom printing/embroidery jobs) may need to be ordered with our suppliers. Shipment times are estimated, and although we strive to ensure our website is up to date not all items marked as in-stock are available for immediate shipment.
Returns & Replacements
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, just return the product to us by post or to one of our stores and we'll exchange or refund it. Please see below for products excluded from this policy. Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 7 working days of receipt. This includes any delivery charge, but excludes the products listed as exceptions below.
Made-to-measure items, customised (printed or embroidery) items, and knocked in bats  cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged once the item has been made or customised.
Items such as underwear and socks will not be refunded once opened or worn for hygiene reasons.
We’re sorry that in most circumstances it’s not possible to make changes to your order once you’ve placed it. Many items are ordered direct from the supplier (and in some cases manufactured for your order).  If you’d like to add products to your order, please place a new order for these items. If you need to change details of your delivery address, remove items from your order or cancel it completely, please contact our Customer Services team for advice on 01924 461138 between 9am-6pm 7 days a week.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept all major UK Credit/Debit cards via our payment processor Global Payments, who make use of your bank and card issuers 3D Secure technologies to keep your details secure.
We also accept Paypal. Please visit paypal.com for more information on cards and payment methods accepted - however PayPal typcially accept all major UK Credit/Debit cards and Direct Debit bank transfers.
All prices include VAT (currently at 20%) and are correct at time of print. In the case of a genuine mis-price (e.g. an item listed as £2.99 when its RRP was £299) we reserve the right to cancel said items (E&OE).
Promotional prices are subject to availability and represent a saving on either the RRP or a price the item has previously been listed at on Solly-Sports.com in the last 12 months.
